Lyons Driving Academy is owned and operated by Dennis and Donna Lyons. 

After ending his major league career as a pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers in 1976, Dennis Lyons, acquired his teaching credential through San Francisco State University.  For the last 25 years he has been teaching  high school and junior high students.  He feels that the most effective way to teach teenagers is through making education fun. Dennis has been teaching  driver's education for eight years, and Donna has been teaching driver's education for five years.  Students find both Dennis and Donna to be very kind and calm instructors, and both have thousands of hours of behind-the-wheel teaching experience.

Lyons Driving Academy has two driver's education vehicles which includes a 2010 Honda Civic and a 2006 Honda Civic.
